The ESPRO P7 is a double-walled, vacuum-insulated stainless steel French press built around ESPRO’s dual micro-filter, a two-stage basket that catches far more fine particles than a standard single screen. The result tastes like French press coffee without the sludge at the bottom of the cup. When you press, the filter also seals off the grounds, which stops extraction so the last cup is not more bitter than the first. The 32 oz model needs at least 24 oz of water to brew properly, and an 18 oz version suits one or two people. It also accepts optional ESPRO paper filters for an even cleaner, pour-over style cup. All parts are top-rack dishwasher safe, though the two filters should be separated and rinsed after each brew.
