The Dedica Deluxe is De’Longhi’s best-selling manual espresso machine and its slimmest, at just 5.9 inches wide. A 15 bar pump and Thermoblock heating get it brewing quickly, and the portafilter takes either your own ground coffee or E.S.E. pods for one or two cups. An adjustable frothing wand switches between hot milk and foam for cappuccinos and lattes, and it also dispenses hot water for tea. The stainless steel body, 37 oz removable tank, two-level drip tray, and 20-minute auto shut-off round it out.
It has no built-in grinder, so pair it with a good espresso grinder or buy pre-ground espresso.
