The FermZilla All Rounder from KegLand is a 30 liter (7.9 gallon) fermenter made from smooth, clear PET and rated to 2.5 bar (about 36 psi). That pressure rating lets you ferment under pressure, carbonate in the fermenter, and make closed transfers to a keg with far less oxygen exposure than a bucket or carboy. A wide 120 mm opening makes cleaning easy, and the clear wall lets you watch fermentation. It ships with a stainless handle, stand, airlock, pressure-rated lid, and pressure relief valve. The pressure kit and spunding valve are sold separately, and the tank must never be filled with hot or boiling liquid.
