The BrewZilla Gen 4.1 from KegLand is a single-vessel electric brewery that mashes, boils, and recirculates in one 35 liter (9.25 gallon) kettle, sized for 5 to 6 gallon all-grain batches. The 110V model runs at about 1500W from a standard outlet. A built-in pump, a two-stage malt pipe, a sight glass, and a stainless immersion chiller come in the box, and the controller connects to the RAPT app over Wi-Fi so you can program step mashes, set delayed starts, and log every brew day.
Pump, wort chiller, and Wi-Fi app control included at a mid-pack price
RAPT app supports programmable step mashes and delayed starts
Concave base and center drain make it easy to empty and clean
Slow to heat and boil on 110V power
Printed instructions are thin, so expect a learning curve with the app
Built-in pump is weak for pushing wort through a counterflow chiller
