The Moccamaster KBGV Select is a handmade Dutch drip brewer built around one job: brewing coffee at the right temperature and pace. A selector switch slows the flow for half carafes, so a small batch extracts as well as a full one, and it is certified by the Specialty Coffee Association for both half and full pots. A full 40 oz carafe brews in about four to six minutes, and an automatic drip stop lets you pour mid-brew.
