Brooklyn Brew Shop pioneered the 1 gallon, all-grain kit for small kitchens. The Everyday IPA kit brews about ten 12 oz bottles of a 6.8% ABV citrusy IPA hopped with Columbus and Cascade. It uses real malted grain rather than extract, so you learn true all-grain brewing on a stovetop. Included are the grain, hops, and yeast mix, a reusable 1 gallon glass fermenting jug, thermometer, racking cane, tubing and clamp, screw-cap stopper, airlock, and no-rinse sanitizer. You will also need a 6 quart pot, a fine mesh strainer, a funnel, and bottles.
